SEO Specialist

Marketing and Communications

Responsibilities

  • Perform ongoing keyword research and monitoring, to inform content strategy team and increase visibility
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and Tech team in order to achieve alignment with the overall strategies
  • Work closely with the content marketing team to drive SEO strategies
  • Build custom reporting dashboards with actionable insights
  • Monitor competitors and find the best practice for optimizing or improving landings and meta tags
  • Discover constantly valuable Backlink opportunities and identify solutions to acquire them
  • Craft creative title, description, and headings by benchmarking competitors and A/B testing process to increase CTR
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of SEO
  • Data-driven mindset and familiar with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Moz, Ahref, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools
  • Fluency in SEO core elements including, but not limited to Keyword Research, Technical SEO (UX, site architecture, URL structure, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, dynamic/static pages, etc.), On-Page Optimization (Metadata, Headings, Content, Anchor Links, Navigation, etc.)
  • Recognize SEO-related technical issues and explain their solutions coherently, ensuring that teammates understand the recommendations
  • Manage and Optimize content management system
  • Very Good understanding of structured data
  • Deep understanding of GSC errors and improvements
  • A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Have a growth mindset and passion to learn about web development
